1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of hydrora.net and the services Hydrora LLC ("Hydrora", "we", "us") provides through it. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we do

Hydrora is a staffing and recruitment firm. We place candidates into permanent, remote, part-time, seasonal and contract roles, run retained executive searches, and provide payroll and compliance services as an employer of record. We are not the employer for permanent placements; the hiring employer is.

3. Engagements and fees

Every engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before a search opens. Fees are set per placement and depend on the role, the seniority and the timeline. No fee is payable unless a placement is made, unless a retained search has been agreed separately. Candidates are never charged a fee for being placed.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you send us through this site is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government identification numbers, tax identification numbers, bank details or passwords through this website. We do not ask for them here and we will not accept them here.

5. Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit automated or bulk form entries, or use it in a way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else's use of it.

6. No guarantee of placement

We work to find suitable candidates and suitable roles, but we do not guarantee that a role will be filled or that a candidate will be placed. Hiring decisions are made by the employer.

7. Third-party links

This site does not link to third-party websites and loads no third-party resources. All fonts and assets are served from hydrora.net.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to text messages on our updates page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Hydrora (Hydrora LLC) at the mobile number you provided. Those messages include application confirmations, interview scheduling and reminders, job opening alerts, placement and onboarding updates, timesheet and payroll reminders, and marketing and promotional messages about our staffing services, seasonal hiring events, and referral offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of being considered for a role, or of any service we provide. 9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
