Who we are

Hydrora LLC ("Hydrora", "we", "us") is a staffing and recruitment firm at 72 Liberty St, Weyers Cave, VA 24486. You can reach us at [email protected] or (757) 317-5368. This policy explains what we collect through hydrora.net and how we handle it.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly. If you send the contact form, that is your name, your email address and the content of your message. If you submit a job application, that is the information you choose to send us, such as your name, contact details and work history. If you opt in to text messages, that is your mobile number and your consent decision.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, government identification numbers, tax identification numbers, bank details or passwords through this website. Do not send them through the forms on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to consider you for roles you apply to or that match your preferences, to arrange interviews and placements, to send the text messages you have agreed to receive, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use it for any purpose you have not agreed to.

Mobile information and text messages

We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being considered for a role, of any purchase, or of any other service. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Sharing

We share information with employers when you ask us to put you forward for a role, and with service providers who help us operate — for example our messaging provider for text messages and our email provider for correspondence. Those providers may only use the information to deliver the service we have asked for. We do not otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and application information for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was given, and then delete it or anonymise it. Text message consent records are kept for as long as we send messages and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show that consent was given.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The only information stored in your browser is what is needed to display the page.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The current version always applies.
